St. Mary’s SMC Graz Joyfully Celebrated Parish Fest 2025

Parish Fest 2025 2

On 21 September 2025, St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Community Graz celebrated its Parish Fest with deep devotion, unity, and joy. The celebration began at 3:00 PM and was attended by more than 150 faithful, who gathered to give thanks and praise to God as one family in Christ.

The day began with the solemn Holy Qurbana, during which the community lifted prayers of gratitude and intercession. The celebration was marked by moments of spiritual richness: the Litany, Procession, and Eucharistic Blessing, which filled the atmosphere with grace and reverence.

A historic and joyful moment for the community came during the Holy Mass, when Vicar General Mag. Yuri Kolasa officially declared St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Community Graz as an independent parish. He solemnly handed over the Decree of Establishment to our parish vicar, Fr. Joel Koyikkara OFMConv, marking a new chapter in the life of our community.

The celebration concluded with an Agape (community fellowship meal), where all parishioners and friends shared joy, unity, and blessings together.

This Parish Fest 2025 was not only a day of prayer and fellowship, but also a milestone in the journey of St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Parish Graz — a sign of God’s abundant blessings and the strong faith of His people. Click Here
